Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Switzerland only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Siebnen, SZ.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Fragile & Special Handling

Our tableware and homeware pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is individually wrapped and secured using protective materials suited to fragile goods. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
